Healthcare Payments was founded by operators who spent a decade fixing broken merchant accounts inside dental DSOs, behavioral health groups, and multi-specialty clinics. We saw the same pattern everywhere — generic processors that refused to sign a BAA, refused to integrate with the PMS, and froze MIDs the moment recurring telehealth volume showed up.
How we are different
Every merchant account on our platform is underwritten to the actual healthcare vertical (medical, dental, vet, behavioral, med-spa, DME). Every account ships with a signed BAA, tokenized vaulting, and EHR / PMS integration to systems like Epic, Athena, Kareo, Dentrix, and 40+ others.
